These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.


Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order on our website.


Our Jewellery

  • All jewellery is designed and made with care.

  • As many pieces are handmade, small variations in finish, size or texture are part of the process and are not considered faults.

  • Product descriptions and images are for guidance only.


Bespoke & Custom Pieces

Jewellery made to your specifications or personalised in any way is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

It’s your responsibility to ensure all details provided for bespoke pieces are correct before confirming your order.


Orders & Contract

  • Placing an order on our website does not constitute acceptance.

  • A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

  • Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.


Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers.

  • We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.


Delivery

  • We currently deliver within the UK only.

  • Delivery timeframes are outlined on our website and may vary during busy periods.

  • Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for the item passes to you.

If your order is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, you may contact us to discuss your options.


Returns & Cancellation (Cooling-Off Period)

Standard Jewellery (Non-Bespoke)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Returned in original packaging where possible

You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Bespoke Jewellery

Bespoke or personalised pieces cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.


Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives faulty or develops a fault, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us at hello@erjlondon.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos where helpful

We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.


Loss or Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.


Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for losses related to business use.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or Scotland / Northern Ireland where applicable).
