erJ jewellery is designed and made in London, produced in small batches and held ready for quick dispatch. Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched within 48 hours.

Custom ring sizes are made to order and require up to one week before dispatch.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking provided. Shipping is free on all orders and available exclusively within the UK.

Returns
If your piece isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Warranty
All erJ jewellery comes with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing faults, along with a lifetime repair service. Jewellery is made to be worn, if something doesn’t feel right, just get in touch and we’ll help.
