Delivery
At erJ we always go the extra mile for you our customers, and we want to ensure your purchases get to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Please allow up to 1 week for your product to be dispatched, as all pieces are made to order
You will receive a despatch confirmation email, once your jewellery has been sent out. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery.
We currently only ship to the UK.
Please note, the delivery times outlined below are estimates, and these can sometimes vary. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
All orders are sent out with tracking information and need to be signed for on delivery
We offer Free UK standard delivery on all orders
(approx 2-3 working days, from dispatch)
If you would like to receive your item sooner, you can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail Special Delivery for £7.50
We hope you love your erJ pieces, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/ unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email hello@erjlondon.com. Please note that all returns must be sent via a tracked method of post, covered to the value of the item you are returning. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with any returned parcel lost in the post. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
